Balasubramanian V is the President of ATM and Merchant Terminal Business on the board at Financial Software & Systems. His key role at FSS includes P&L management, strategy, operations, M&A and Globalization.
Bala has more than 35 years of experience spanning across manufacturing, consulting, education, software, infrastructure and BFSI domains, with expertise in international expansion, start-up scaling and managing millennials. He has had many significant achievements in his career stint till date. To name a few, he set up inter-firm comparison & benchmarking for software industry. He expanded Aptech’s global footprint to 52 countries, thus making Aptech a leader today in many countries including China, Nigeria, Vietnam. He expanded Zensar & KEC globally penetrating markets of UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. He scaled up FSS from a 200 Cr to 1100 Cr firm.
Besides, Bala is an avid golf player.
Ms Rupinder Sandhu Anand
Rupinder Sandhu Anand is the CEO at OKI India Pvt Ltd. With a postgraduation in Finance from IMS Indore, has worked with leading technology companies like CMC Ltd., Computer Associates, Diebold, over a career spanning 22 years across domains including business development, management strategy, managed services, and services delivery & execution.
She is also an avid marathon runner.
Radha Ramadorai is the Managing Director for the ATM & Allied Services business at FIS. She is currently managing 15500 plus ATMs and cash recyclers across India and ASEAN, providing ATM services ranging from deployment, monitoring, cash management, reconciliation and channel development.
Radha is an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is a seasoned banker, having an experience of around 30 years in banking and technology services. She has worked in the payments area as a central banker in the Reserve Bank of India, where she was part of the National Clearing Cell and then as a commercial banker in ICICI Bank, India where she was primarily responsible for setting up and growing the ATM network from scratch. She was also responsible for setting up the fraud prevention and control framework within ICICI Bank. She has been with FIS over the last eight years, growing its ATM Managed Services business.
Managing Director | Chief Executive Officer - Cash Business
Rustom Irani (Rustom) is the Managing Director of Hitachi Payment Services and is the Chief Executive Officer – Cash Business of Hitachi Payment Services. Rustom has been with the company for over 8 years, and served as the Chief Operations Officer of Hitachi Payment Services, before assuming the role of the CEO of the company’s Cash Business in April 2018. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations, Technology, Field Engineering & Channel Management groups. He was instrumental in setting up the technology infrastructure, operations and process management teams for the company.
Before joining Hitachi Payment Services, Rustom worked with MindTree Ltd as a Senior Vice President in the IMTS (Infrastructure Management and Technical Services) business between May 2010 and Feb 2011. Prior to that he co-founded 7Strata (Sevenstrata) IT Services Pvt. Ltd. which specialised in providing Remote Infrastructure Management Services. His previous assignment before co-founding 7Strata, was with Yahoo India Web Services Private Ltd between August 2006 to July 2007. Prior to his assignment with Yahoo, Rustom was the Chief Technology Officer for Sify Limited, one of India's largest ISP companies where he worked between December 1999 and July 2006. Rustom also worked briefly with GECIS at Hyderabad as their VP and CIO, after spending 12 years with Citibank India’s Technology division, and a short stint at Tata Consultancy Services
Managing Director, NCR Corporation, India & South Asia
Navroze Dastur is the Managing Director, India & South Asia for NCR Corporation India Pvt. Ltd from March 2013 and has a solid background in financial services with more than 29 years of industry experience. Mr. Dastur has been with NCR for over 12 years now and is responsible for implementing medium and long term strategies, formulating business plans to enhance and strengthen market share with a sharp focus on the P&L. A result driven person whose vision & drive has enabled NCR to capture a 48% market share in a very short span of time, making it the single largest self-service provider in the retail banking segment in India. He is also on the Board of Directors for NCR India and CATMI.
Mr. Dastur’s expertise and experience helped NCR to Sign up many strategic Alliances & Partners. His in depth BFSI knowledge has helped NCR win new business from many commercial banks. He spear headed the countries Cheque Truncation project for RBI and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
Dastur has been in senior management positions with excellent exposure to information technology, telecom and consumer durables industry having worked for brands like Ericsson, Telerate, Real Value & PCL
He has done a one-year special management program (SPM V) for senior executives from IIM Calcutta and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Dastur has attended a number of behavioral and technical training seminars both nationally and internationally and has been a speaker in many of the industry forum in the BFSI space and also represents NCR in the USIBC forums.
Mr. Dastur’s background and wide variety of experiences in Financial, Retail and Hospitality space, as well as his extensive network of contacts throughout Asia, position him for success in executing on NCR’s strategy of profitably expanding its portfolio of services and offering the highest possible value to customers.
Mr. Ravi B. Goyal
Mr. Ravi B. Goyal is the Chairman & Managing Director of AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. and also a Founding Member and Director at CATMi. After a brief stint as an engineer with DCM Computers, Mr. Ravi B. Goyal established a proprietary concern in the name of Advanced Graphic Systems in 1992 to market computer-aided textile designing software for Computer Design Inc. USA.
In 2002, he went on to establish the company which engages in providing products and services in the Banking, Petroleum, Retail and Color sectors. He has been instrumental in tying up with global suppliers such as Wincor-Nixdorf to provide products to customers in various sectors in which AGS Transact is operating.

Mr. Sanjeev Patel is Chief Executive Officer of Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd (TCPSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Communications Limited. and also serves as President at CATMi.
Mr. Himanshu Pujara
Himanshu Pujara is a Bachelor of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also level – III candidate under the Chartered Financial Analyst Program –USA.
He joined Euronet in Feb 2008 as a Regional Financial Controller for Euronet and was then promoted to the Regional CFO position in 2010, running the finance function for South and South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. In addition to his finance responsibilities, he was also leading the business strategy team responsible for new products and markets.
In 2013, Himanshu was promoted as the Managing Director for the Euronet India and South Asia business and has been responsible for delivering incremental profit growth from this market. With the emergence of the space of alternative payments in India, in addition to his country management role, he spends a large part of his time on innovation leveraging Euronet`s payments and technology assets and driving this change across the organisation
Prior to joining Euronet, he has worked at JP Morgan for about 4 years in where he was part of the Private Banking division in varied roles in finance and the middle office, in US and Asia.
Mr. Rajiv Kaul
Mr. Kaul, is the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of CMS. Rajiv took over CMS in 2009, when The Blackstone Group bought a majority stake in the company. In 7 years, Rajiv led a radical restructuring and transformation of CMS into the world’s 4th largest ATM Cash Management company that processes and manages more than 50% of all cash in ATM circulation in India. Previously, he was a Partner at Actis Capital LLP (UK), a leading emerging markets private equity firm looking after the Technology sector. Prior to Actis, Rajiv spent 10 years with Microsoft Corporation, in various leadership roles in India and the U.S., including Country Manager for India (2001-2005).
His stint with Microsoft India coincided with an industry-defining period for the Indian IT industry. He grew MS India business three fold, while pushing the company to invest an unprecedented $400Mn in India, in 2001. He was also the architect of Microsoft’s largest philanthropic effort in India: Project Shiksha, a Rs. 100 Cr investment towards capacity building in thousands of government schools across India.
Rajiv has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur, with a Gold Medal in Marketing. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science) from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
